Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Balimaar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
