His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is braided into rings. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nicholas embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears long strands of opal and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Trey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult; and to prove his worth to the world

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Justin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
