History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to get a good night's sleep
