Gilbert Perry, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is red and curly. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Gilbert was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Persistence. Flaws: Cynical, Fearful. Occupation: Painter
