Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Dean is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He struck the Sellsword job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Priest and is in decent physical shape. He has wavy black hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 86. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: He was born in the east. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. John was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
