History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. One day when Dean was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Dean was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the west to a Crown-heir, Lewis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. After coming to the age of reason, Lewis took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a Hunter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and to be a doctor again

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the west
