History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. He has worked as a Body Guard like his father before him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and to be a unemployed again

He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
