He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sailor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Gomory hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Gerard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
