History: Born in the west to a Carter, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Marshal father left him crippled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
