Description: A middle-aged man, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 97. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Thomas abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Performer again; and further expansion of business

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a sword on his belt. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilbert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gilbert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to pay off his debts

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He is portly but not overly obese. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
