Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: 5'5" and muscular, this northern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off his debts

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Mayor. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
