History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
