Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Ruler like his mother before him.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Barber mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
