Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This man is dressed in earthy colors with a white and green handkerchief worn on his left side, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is content

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Lance abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
