History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Simon was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Shepherd. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his dagger. His hair is long and black with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He stands about 6'6" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He very much looks the part of a Mayor. He is portly but not overly obese. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he very much looks the part of a Assassin. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Assassin soon after.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of orcs
