History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Simon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Simon was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Beggar. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, John was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after John was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. John's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Banker for the past few years.
