Charles Astley, Male Human [Permalink]

Outside of the suit he wears an entirely white suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
