Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Theodoric is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his father's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and doesn't want to be a detective and was forced into it by his family

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown hair is braided into rings. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. A true patriot, Shane would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Shane took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Architect business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Lance has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
