History: He was born in the south. When Bernard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He became a Mason soon after.
