History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to be a animal trainer again

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
