History: Hunter hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Gerald began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Adam was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
