History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the south to a Blacksmith, Tim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Adventurer, but he got bored and became a Blacksmith. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
