History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alex grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Alex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Alex's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He is a Cook first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
