History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Simon was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Conrad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carpenter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south to a Carpenter, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Chad hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Chad took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants his loneliness to end
