Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fletcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
