History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Jocelyn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
