History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Theodoric and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He wears a brown coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He takes great joy in being the best Mercenary in town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Mercenary soon after.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This light-skinned male is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Lance liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by his family; and a deep hatred of brigands
