Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears long strands of ruby and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His tied-back hair is white. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Simon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Simon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears professional attire. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a hunchback. He has auburn hair. His eyes are likewise green.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: He wears a pastel deerstalker hat and pastel clothes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a soapmaker and was forced into it by his family

He carries with him a set of rapiers, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a pastel feather.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Randal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carpenter for the past few years.
