Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: 5'7" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a red coat with tan slacks. He wears his golden hair up. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Alexandre lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fortune-teller they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Richard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Miller. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
