Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Jeweler. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Heward never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
