Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Tim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Tim has worked very hard to control his curse. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
