History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born to a Architect, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mercenary.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
