Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. History: Gifted from a young age, Randal studied abroad. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety
