Description: This light-skinned male wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His golden hair is singed and shortened. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Kyle was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears dull grey sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case, and is pretty ugly. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a simple brown robe with black stripes complete with hood. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Courier but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Courier for the past few years.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cory will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
