History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Patrick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A 5'7" eastern man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His golden hair is still thick. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Apothecary, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is short and chestnut. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and doesn't want to be a locksmith and was forced into it by his family
