History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: Frederick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

History: He got into the Knight business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
