Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a very tight haircut. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is long and golden with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and human compassion

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Wymar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This late middle aged man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is heavily combed to the right. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
