He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born in the north to a Junk Dealer, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He has worked as a Junk Dealer like his father before him.
