History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Anthony was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's in love; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
