His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
