Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He carries a battered lance and tarnished falchion as well. His hair is short and silver. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Patrick was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born in the east. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has brown eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.
Personality: Percival is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Seamstress; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
