History: Chad was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
