His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
