Personality: Alex is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Alex was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Alex was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Alex's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Alex never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ernest embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: A middle-aged man, he is typically in his Herbalist uniform, and is pretty ugly. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Gardener again; and further expansion of business

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a blue poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
