Personality: Roland speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
