Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Gifted from a young age, Justin studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Justin took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
