History: Diggory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Dustin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
