History: He was born in the south. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He comes from a rich western family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
