Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. A true patriot, Simon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Simon reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away.
