History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This late middle aged man wears professional attire and is in decent physical shape. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Miles wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Miles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
